Paul Talkington Music Services exclusively represents, for film and TV recordings, the world-renowned Philharmonia Orchestra. The orchestra’s Principal Conductor and Artistic Advisor is Esa-Pekka Salonen.

The Philharmonia has a rich and distinguished cinematic heritage, going back to William Walton’s landmark score to Lord Olivier’s ‘Henry V’. Its credits include the Oscar winning ‘The Red Violin’, ‘Fantasia 2000′ for Disney and scores with many of the industry’s leading composers including Christopher Young, Lalo Shifrin, Lee Holdridge, Mychael Danna, Nicholas Dodd, Frederic Talgorn and Jeff Danna.

The orchestra also has a leading position in the computer game industry. It has recorded all the Harry Potter titles for Electronic Arts, the best selling ‘Fable’, ‘Command And Decision 4′, ‘Medal Of Honor 6′, ‘Pirates Of The Caribbean’ and ‘Dante’s Inferno’ with Gary Schymann. This year the Philharmonia has recorded ‘Lord Of The Rings – War In The North’ for Warner Interactive with composer Inon Zur and ‘Star Wars and the Old Republic’ with Mark Griskey for Lucas Arts.
